INSPIRATION
WARRIOR TEE
For this garment of the EMRYS collection, we had a completely different approach in the early stages of creating. This whole collection (created in November 2023) was suppose to only be 3 pieces total:
Tee, Hoodie, Sweats
That quickly changed when I felt like it didn't match the level of luxury I wanted to show in my new era of creating. so I redesigned the tee into a heavyweight garment with the front logo embroidered and the back design as a high density spine print.
INSPIRATION
MONASTERY LONGSLEEVE
This pieces was NOT apart of the original collection but in Janurary 2024 I had the idea of making a bundle package that pairs with the Warrior Tee. 1 price, 2 garments, 3 styles was what I had in mind but seeing as the bundle would be pricey I decided to have the option to bundle at checkout, whilst having each item available to purchase individually.
the final design was complete in February 2024, except, there was one big issue I was oblivious to... the sleeve design was absurdly wide and no print shop was able to do them, meaning I had to abandon that design and start on the sleeves from scratch. After countless efforts to redesign and love the outcome of the sleeve design, I found myself lost and worried I wouldn't be able to uphold the promise of making a better design. Until it hit me, to tell a story and show how to become EMRYS in this 1WAYOUT world I created and showed the process in a 5 design storyboard in detail on the 16 inch canvas I had to use
The Monastery Longsleeve was the most complex garment I have made and the process was difficult but beautiful. These blanks were originally all white but I had them garment dyed to my own requested Pantone to have a more unique color combination and vintage wash.
The garment features Embroidery on the front on top of a full tonal screen printed chest print, one color sleeve print on each sleeve, and a high density spine print same as the Tee

PRODUCTION ISSUES
After gathering the blanks for the WARRIOR and MONASTERY pieces (Jan 2024) I decided it was time to step it up and contact a private label manufacturer which gives me the opportunities to have the garments even more customizable, the issue was, he was not treating 1WAYOUT as a priority and was unresponsive after a month of constant emails back and forth. He decided we aren't worth his time. I was enraged at the ghosting that this so called "professional" person had done.
At the end of February (Feb 20th), I got into contact with my main print shop that offers garment dying as well. They gave me a quote and I dropped everything off, except they are known for not being accurate on timing, knowing this I went into it solely for the reason that they were only a week or two off of their estimates. so far it been 7 weeks of a 2 week promise that they would be done. Approaching the 8th week (April 8th) I finally received my products and had a photoshoot scheduled. They are set to release April 19th 2024.
